Yes, they have a lawyer, an accountant and a financial advisor, but the advice given is often received in silos where the professionals focus on specific matters for the clients (often on an “as requested” basis) and no one has the complete picture.

We saw that business owners and their professional advisors need help creating the complete picture of the business owners’ financial lives and uncovering what they want their wealth to do for them and their family. By bringing together expertise in tax and estate planning, accounting and financial services; and drawing on many years’ experience working with business owners, we are able to address the many aspects that can impact a family’s wealth. We help business owners to achieve their goals and objectives – for themselves, their family and their business. We do this for business owners and high net worth families with the delivery of our Strategic Wealth Planning Program – a customized Strategic Wealth Planning Report, completed with our delivery of “roadmap” and implementation assistance.

We additionally provide Family Business Advisory services; including supporting families in establishing a Family Council; and Business Governance. We provide experience and expertise rich facilitation and presentation services for Business Family Meetings.

And for transition planning, we provide Business Succession and exit planning services, including legacy, strategy and structural planning for next generation, shareholder or management buy-out and retirement planning tied to succession.
